I accidently ended up kindof looke like rosie the riveter xD..Ignore my arm -.- I was flexing for a picture but you can’t see any definition, WHICH PISSES ME OFF, because I’ve been lifting weights for almost a year, every other day, I’ve gotten little definition in my arms, and just dropped pant sizes instead. I’m up to 15 lbs now and I just wannnt tone arms dammit. What am I doing wrooong uuuaghhh help!
