I thought in THC it just ended up being a movie in THC2 and the girl who starred in THC1 ended up trying out for the movie role that the creepy fat dude was ‘making’ cause he was obsessed with it? And I thought in the ending he was just imagining creating the centipede/the end was the beginning?
